Have you recently received a diagnosis of SEND? We know that the aftercare and follow up post diagnosis can be a postcode lottery and the support you receive is really dependant on where you live.  As specialists across the four areas of need, we can provide you with a one off session focused on your diagnosis, any difficulties you want support with, and offer a safe space to ask any follow up questions about your SEND.   We have a wealth of evidence based resources and much wisdom. We will ensure you leave your session feeling supported, positive and equipped with solutions to any difficulties you have experienced.
